Services
 An
important part of the protection the Vantage Program offers is legal
services. To use any of these services, and to obtain the names of
top-rated attorneys in his or her area, members simply call a toll-free
number and describe the legal matter in question to a Vantage
Concierge. He or she will then provide the name, address, and phone
number of a participating provider nearby. Many attorneys in our
Vantage network specialize in elder law. Except as noted below, fees
for these services will be quoted at the time you request service.
General Legal
Services
Vantage Program members are entitled to one free office
consultation on up to three separate legal matters per year. If the
member decides to retain the attorney after the consultation, he or she
will save 25% off the usual hourly fee. Most types of legal matters are
eligible for these services, including civil/consumer issues,
personal/family legal services, business legal services, and real
estate legal services.
Estate
Planning
 Tax
laws and laws
governing estates are constantly changing. To plan wisely for the
future, members should call their Vantage Concierge for the name of a
participating law firm in their area that specializes in estate
planning. Members will receive up to 50% off the usual hourly fees for
such services as preparing wills, revocable trusts, or charitable
trusts.
