their Vantage Program Concierge will direct them to one of our Home
Care InfoLine trades specialists.

expertise includes plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, heating
and air conditioning, appliance repairs, or remodeling.
- Members may call for clear explanations of
technical terms,
concepts, and materials, as well as do-it-yourself assistance. Whether
they need help evaluating bids and choosing contractors, repairing a
leaking roof, or fixing a noisy garbage disposal, our expert
tradespeople can walk them through many home repairs step by step, even
while they're on the phone.
- If there's an emergency, members may call their
Vantage Concierge to find a pre-qualified contractor in their area from
our network of over 3,500 quality providers nationwide. In every case,
members have the security of knowing that every person we referred has
been pre-credentialed.

count on the Vantage Program experts to help them plan, coordinate, and
generally manage their home improvement projects—from

the scope of the work, to assisting in reviewing estimates and
