 A
national network of about 3,000 audiologists provides Vantage Program
hearing care benefits, the largest network of hearing-care
professionals in the U.S. When members show their Vantage
identification card, they are assured of receiving quality hearing care
at affordable prices. For example, compared to retail prices, members
can save as much as $300 on hearing aids alone!
Members receive a discount up to 20% off the
provider's usual and
customary fees on hearing aids (up to 10% off programmable hearing
aids), hearing aid repairs, and most related hearing products
(excluding batteries).

Program Hearing Aid Benefits
During the first year after a member receives his/her
hearing aid, the provider will replace it with the same model of aid if
the original aid has been repaired three times or more, through no
fault of the user. Members will also receive a free loaner during any
repair period if the style permits. In addition, there are no
dispensing fees for Vantage Plan members, and there is an
unconditional 45-day refund policy on hearing aids (except the provider
is entitled to retain a fee of $35 per returned hearing aid, plus $35
per earmold if applicable).

Program are entitled to have it cleaned and checked once a year at no
charge.
