When members are confused by

terms or having trouble understanding their doctor's explanations, the
Vantage Program can help. Nurses, counselors, and dieticians are
available by phone to address members' medical, pharmaceutical, and
nutritional concerns, providing expert answers and explaining terms and
concepts clearly and simply.
For
example, suppose a doctor has recommended a surgical procedure and the
member is not sure he or she fully understand the benefits and risks.
